Ryan's Way (vanilla top, crunchie middle, chocolate bottom) is the base price. Build your own and vanilla or chocolate layers and the crunchie middle stay no charge; any other flavor on the top or bottom, or any other middle, adds the amount shown for that size. Gluten-free (made without crunchies) and frozen yogurt instead of ice cream are no charge. Toppings from our dry, wet, or sugar-free board are priced per pick by cake size (see the table), picked right on the order form.

What happens after you order

The online form takes about two minutes: pick your shop and pickup time, choose a size, then make the cake yours with flavors, an icing color, a border style, a message for the top, and any toppings. As soon as you submit, you'll get a ticket number that starts with "RC-" — hang on to it, because along with your email it lets you check on your order anytime.

From there the shop takes over. The team reviews your request and gives you a quick call to confirm the details and the final price — that call is also the perfect time to mention gluten-free needs or anything extra-custom. Once your order is confirmed, the crew builds the cake by hand at the shop and decorates it to your order. When it's ready, it waits in the freezer until you arrive at the shop you chose.

What's inside a standard Ryan's cake?

Our house build is called Ryan's Way: a vanilla ice cream top, a chocolate crunchie center, and a chocolate ice cream bottom, all encased in vanilla. Prefer something different? Choose your own top and bottom layers on the order form and we'll build the cake around them. Vanilla and chocolate layers and the crunchie middle are no charge; other flavors and middles add a small, size-based amount shown in the table above. Gluten-free (no crunchies) and frozen yogurt versions are no charge.

Can I pick the colors and decorations?

Yes. The order form lets you choose a border style like classic shells, rosettes, or whipped cream swirls, a short message for the top, and the letter color for the writing (blue, pink, purple, green, orange, yellow, black, or red). You can also add any toppings from our board — Oreos, M&M's, cookie dough, hot fudge, and dozens more — for a few dollars each depending on cake size: $3 on 7" and 8" cakes, $4 on 9" and 10", $5 on a half sheet, and $7 on a full sheet.

How far ahead should I order?

Please give us at least 48 hours so the crew has time to build, freeze, and decorate your cake properly. Around big party weekends and holidays, a few extra days of notice never hurts.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes, gluten-free options are available. Just mention it when we call to confirm your order and we'll go over what works for your cake.
